  NOTE: All single items are deemed to be within 5% of the total sum insured on contents (Furniture, pianos, organs, hi-fi equipment, televisions and the like excepted).
  This insurance does not cover any item of gold, silver, platinum articles, jewellery or furs.

 Replacement of Locks & Keys

• Damage due to forcible/violent break in/out
  

 Alternate Accomodation Expenses

• In the event of the insured dwelling being so damaged by any of the insured perils as to be rendered uninhabitable.
  

 Insured's Liability

• To the public as owner of the premises in respect of bodily injury or property damage, including cost of defending claims.
  

 Fatal injury to Insured by Fire or Thieves

 INSURED PERILS: Fire, Lightning, Explosion, Aircraft Damage, Impact Damage, Theft, Resultant  Damage caused bybursting or overflowing of domestic water tanks, apparatus orpipes, windstorm.
